How much will I be rewarded when my referral signs our support contract?

You will receive the equivalent of 1 months value of their support contract, non recurring.  For example if they sign a contract with us for $2500 ex GST per month then your reward will be $2500 ex GST.

What if they don't accept your proposal?

If your referral or our team decides we are not the right fit we will still reward you with applying a $100 credit towards your account.

How will I receive my reward?

You have the choice of applying the reward as a credit to your own recurring invoice

or

You can choose to bank this amount to your account for future projects.

Can I get my reward in cash?

We have decided to offer this reward to our valued clients as a credit to their own account and do not offer a cash option.

I am wanting some new equipment or software, can I use this reward against these purchases?

When will my credit be applied?

After the new client has been with us for 3 months you will receive an email asking which reward options you have chosen. Credit to your recurring invoice or a bulk pack of hours.  Upon receiving your response the credit will be applied to your account within 48 hours and you will be notified via email.

How will I know if one of my referrals signs a contract with you?

We will notify you via email of your successful referral.
